Machine Model: AADF-3-4P-SS-TS
Client/Industry: Food ingredient company in Shah Alam,Malaysia
Our team of professional technicians handles the complete installation, ensuring the system is fully compliant with all safety and operational guidelines.
Step 1
GA Drawing
The project's foundation: a detailed General Arrangement (GA) drawing is created. This blueprint outlines the precise specifications for the versatile drum and IBC filling system.
Step 2
Fabrication Stages - Nozzle , Structure , Drum Clamp
Nozzle, Structure, Drum Clamp: Core components are fabricated. The stainless steel nozzle and main structure are built to food-grade standards, and the specialized drum clamp mechanism is created to secure containers.
Step 3 - 4
Conveyor Structure & Rotator Mechanism Fabrication
Building the robust conveyor system, designed to safely and precisely support and move the heavy pallets containing filled IBCs or four drums.
Crafting the integrated rotator mechanism, a custom component that aids in precise drum alignment and placement on the weighing platform.
Step 5
Machine Structure Assembly
The core stainless steel framework is assembled, forming the robust structure for the entire weighing and filling system.
Step 6 - 8
Electrical Wiring for Nozzle, Pneuatic & Electrical Wiring for Convenyor Installation
Primary Electrical Panel Wiring: Starting the essential wiring within the main electrical panel, connecting the PLC, power supply, and primary control components.
Pneumatic Control System: Installation of the pneumatic components, including air lines and valves, which power the machine's mechanical movements, such as the filling lance.
Final Electrical Panel Wiring: A detailed view of the completed wiring within the panel, organized and labeled according to industrial safety and compliance standards.
Step 9
Installation Assembly
Key components are integrated, completing the filling head and structural mechanism before functional testing.
Step 10
Testing Machine using Drum
Initial and crucial tests are performed using sample drums. This step confirms that the machine accurately calibrates to the drum size, the nozzle descends correctly, and the system achieves the precise target weight, validating the multi-container capability.
Step 11
Testing Machine using IBC
The system is tested using a full-sized Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC). This critical test verifies the machine’s structural stability, ability to handle the 1000L volume, and maintains high-precision weighing across the largest container format.
Step 12
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
The client observes the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), validating the machine's speed, accuracy, and performance to sign-off on delivery.
Step 12
The machine is ready for delivery to the customer’s site
Packing & Protection: The machine is securely wrapped and placed on durable pallets, ensuring its protection during transport to Shah Alam.
Step 13
Installation at Site
On-Site Positioning: Our team begins the Site Installation, positioning the heavy machine structure within the client's factory area.
Conveyor Line Integration: Assembling and integrating the conveyor system at the site, connecting it to the main filling head for continuous operation.
