Step 1

GA Drawing

The project begins with a detailed General Arrangement (GA) drawing. This blueprint is the foundation of our work, providing a precise roadmap for the fabrication and assembly of every component. It ensures the final machine perfectly aligns with the client's operational needs and safety standards.

Step 2 - 6

Fabrication Stages: Base Plate, Structure, Nozzel Assembly, Ball Valve & Fittings, Nozzle Rod

The fabrication stage is where our engineering design comes to life. Our skilled team meticulously crafts each component, ensuring the highest standards of quality and durability from the very beginning. This phase is critical for the long-term performance and reliability of your IBC filling machine.

Step 7 - 9

Assembly of Mechanical Parts, Nozzle Plate, HMI or Panel

All fabricated components are brought together for mechanical assembly. Our technicians meticulously build the machine's main body, connecting the base plate, structural frame, filling lances, and weighing scale to create a cohesive and functional unit.

Step 10 - 13

Full Assembly & Panel Wiring

The completed machine undergoes final assembly and comprehensive panel wiring at our facility. Our electrical engineers wire every component, ensuring that the PLC, HMI, sensors, and actuators are connected correctly for safe and reliable operation. This crucial stage includes full system testing before it leaves our factory.

Panel Wiring (Detailed view)

We showcase the meticulous detail of our wiring work. The control panel is a testament to our commitment to quality, with clean, organized, and clearly labeled wiring that makes maintenance and troubleshooting simple.

Step 15 - 16

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

The machine is put through a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). The client from Sitiawan, Perak, visits our factory to witness the machine's performance firsthand. We run the system under simulated conditions to verify that it meets all performance and quality specifications.

Step 17 - 19

Packing Stages

After passing the FAT, the machine is carefully packed for transport. Every part is securely wrapped to protect against damage during transit, ensuring it arrives at the client's site in perfect condition.

Step 20

Loading to Lorry

The securely packed machine is professionally loaded onto a lorry, ready for its journey from our factory to the chemical plant in Sitiawan, Perak. Our logistics team ensures a smooth and secure transportation process.

Step 21 -22

Site Installation

The final phase involves on-site installation at the customer's facility. Our team of expert technicians unloads and assembles the machine, connects it to the client's infrastructure, and performs final testing. We ensure the system is fully operational and integrated with the client's production line, ready to begin filling operations and significantly boost their productivity.
