Step 1

Precision Design & GA Drawing Approval

The customer journey begins with in-depth consultation and custom design. We finalize the General Arrangement (GA) Drawing to ensure the automated filling system meets all your production and facility specifications.

Step 2 - 5

Fabrication Stages - Ball Valve Stand, Structure Machine and Nozzle Holder

Nozzle, Structure, Drum Clamp: Core components are fabricated. The stainless steel nozzle and main structure are built to food-grade standards, and the specialized drum clamp mechanism is created to secure containers.

Step 6

Machine structure

With the robust, quality-checked framework complete, the focus shifts to Machine Structure Assembly.


Our technicians perform a meticulous assembly of the primary frame, preparing the backbone of the automated filling machine for the integration of all control and fluid systems. This phase ensures the machine's long-term stability and durability, meeting the stringent requirements of high-volume production facilities in Malaysia.

Step 7

Electrical Installation

With the mechanical structure finalized, our certified technicians proceed with the Electrical Installation and system integration.

Pneumatic Installaion

QC and Testing Machine

The machine enters the Quality Control (QC) phase. This involves detailed component checks and filling machine calibration.

Packing the machine for sending to cust

The completed filling machine is meticulously prepared for dispatch, focusing on secure packaging and crating.


Given the sensitive and heavy nature of industrial equipment, we use specialized packing systems such as customized wooden crating and shock-absorbing bases to protect cargo from damage during shipment, transit, and handling.

The machine is ready for delivery to the customer’s site

Briefing before starting installation with cuts

On-Site Positioning: Our team begins the Site Installation, positioning the heavy machine structure within the client's factory area.


Conveyor Line Integration: Assembling and integrating the conveyor system at the site, connecting it to the main filling head for continuous operation.

Step 15

Installation at Site

Following safe delivery, our certified field team manages the On-Site Installation and Commissioning of your automated filling line. This is a full turnkey solution, encompassing placement, connection, alignment, and system integration with your existing plant infrastructure.


Our seamless installation process ensures minimal disruption to your facility and maximizes the speed at which your industrial equipment becomes fully operational in Malaysia.

Step 16 - 17

Operational Readiness & Final Testing

After physical installation, our engineers proceed with Power-Up and Final Operational Testing. This phase includes comprehensive system checks, calibration verification, and test runs to ensure the automatic filling machine is performing to the guaranteed specifications.


The final step is the Operational Readiness Verification (ORV), where the client and technician jointly confirm the machine's functionality and readiness for full production, ensuring a rapid, seamless handover in factory.

Site Acceptance Test (SAT)

Unlike the FAT, the SAT validates the equipment's performance and functionality under real-world conditions—testing throughput, accuracy, and integration with your specific utilities and plant environment.


Successful completion results in a signed SAT Certificate, which provides documented proof that your new automated packaging system meets all contractual and quality requirements and is officially ready for full operational use in Malaysia.
